Have Questions? Our  Artificial Intelligent Bot can answer most questions.

Our Advice:

Get us involved at the beginning rather than after trying to do it on your own and contacting us after you're disappointed with the insurance company's original offer.

Evidence of the full damage often needs to be properly and scientifically collected, based on the best engineering can tell us about materials and damage, during or soon after the event to get the full value of your policy.

Unfortunately, as evidence disappears, so to does our ability to argue for what we know got damaged and your ability to optimize [relative to your policy] the check owed to you. This is especially true for certain types of damage.

Some insurance companies are better than others, but a good rule of thumb is: "It's not what you know, but what you can show"!

There is even one insurance company, in our experience, we believe their policy may be "deny, deny, deny" and this is even AFTER notice to sue. This is a disservice to the purpose of insurance, our society and often to their own company, but it still happens.

To help us get all you are owed, we will need:

  • Full Insurance Policy [with declarations page for date of loss]

  • All documents to & from Insurance Company about the claim

  • Copy of all photos, showing actual damage and before loss

  • Estimates on Labor & Material or Engineer reports

  • Contractor Invoices paid or open work orders
