Getting Started
To help us get all you are owed, we will need:

Full Insurance Policy [with declarations page for date of loss]

All documents to & from Insurance Company about the claim
-
Copy of all photos, showing actual damage and before loss
-
Estimates on Labor & Material or Engineer reports
-
Contractor Invoices paid or open work orders

This is partly why it's better to get us involved at the beginning rather than after trying to do it on your own and contacting us after you're disappointed with the insurance company's original offer.
Step 3.
Contract
We are required by 28 Tex. Admin. Code §â€¯19.708
to obtain a contract BEFORE we can represent you.
Step 4.
No Cost Claim Assessment
You will have paid us NOTHING at this point. We professionally estimate property damage and repair costs. In no case, do we get paid until after YOU DO. We're available to discuss and answer your questions throughout the process.
