Personal Vehicles
We do not typically directly work on adjusting personal vehicles. We connect you with our affliate who we would use and have used for our own personal vehicles. This company specializes in automobile adjustment and we are glad to connect you to their, in our experience, excellent service. This is who we would send our mom to if she asked. A reasonable fee is paid to them for the services and we are held harmless for our recommendation made in good faith.

Like a Bridge over Troubled Waters - Legal Action
If the situation arises, we may recommend you accept an offer. Or if we believe it is in your better interest to get an attorney involved to threaten suit, or in fact sue an insurance company we may recommend to do that. Our partner gets nothing unless they collect for you. An additional % above our fee they will get of the total check owed to you. We typically would not recommend this route unless it is necessary and financially worth it for our client.
Having said that, if it IS necessary, we want the insurance companies to whom the suit concerns that we will have no problem what-so-ever pursuing that route if we find excessive delay, denial, or underpayment. And we do not tolerate that behavior with our clients. We have, and we will, move speedily toward that action should we find it appropriate - to protect the interests of our client/s.
