You paid for coverage - get the value you deserve.
1
Transparent

We ONLY get paid after you get paid!
It costs you NOTHING, to get started. So, you have two pragmatic options to:
1. try to collect as well you can on your own, OR,
2. get a Public Adjuster to settle the claim for you.
We are financially incentivized to help you get the
MAXIMUM payout.
Our compensation is on a percentage basis-contingency fee of the claim proceeds. In other words, the Public Adjuster fee is 10% of all recovered amounts, and depends on what we are able to recover for you.
2
Licensed

We file for CORPORATIONS
& INDIVIDUALS
If you handle your own claim and it is DENIED or MINIMIZED you can't blame us for that.
It may be illegal for us to GUARANTEE that WE WILL GET YOUR CLAIM ACCEPTED or MAXIMIZED; but, we do have the tools, training, and aim to get our clients every bit that you should.
As professionals, we tend to do a better job than the average Joe on the street.
3
Dedicated

to recover the full amount you're entitled to.
Your Insurance Agent has a conflict of interest
on the same policy they sold you.
Insurance agents work for the insurer and may be caught between:
-
The relationship they built with you; preserving trust and reputation of the insured [you], AND,
-
representing the insurer’s internal policies, processes, & interests, potential minimization or denial of a claim for the insurer.
Receive every $ your policy promises.
On 05/08/2025, in a trailer park near Conroe, a washing machine connector to the waterline leaked during the night resulting in water damage.
-
Private Insurance Company Adjuster estimated the damage at $8,042.00
-
Public Insurance (us) Adjuster estimated the damage at $43,554.79
-
In scenario #1 and without our involvement, you would get $8,042.00 .
-
In scenario #2, we get paid 10% of the total ($4,355.48). You would get $43,554.79 - (our fee) $4,355.48 = $39,199.31. So, in this case you could get $39,199.31 -- that's $31,157.31 more with our involvement than without it.
FACT: The State of Florida Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability 10-06 Report
Found that for normal claims (non-catastrophic) that Floridians increased the average claim amount by 574% by using Public Adjusters verses NOT using Public Adjusters. And that for disaster claims (catastrophic) Floridians increased the average claim amount by 757% by using Public Adjusters verses NOT using Public Adjusters.
This is not for or against ANY insurance company. YOUR insurance company may be much better than the normal insurance company. Is that a chance you are going to take?
What if, in the negotiation process, the insurance company disagrees with our estimate?
Going back to the above example, which is a real one by the way, if we collected $8,936.67 - (10% fee) $893.67 = $8,043.00. This would give you $1 more than you would have gotten and it would be worth it for many because we do all the work to make the claim and handle the negotiation with the insurance company on your behalf to get more.
In short, if all we could get for you is $1 then it is worth it (for you not so much us) -- as for many people it would simply be a convenience for us to handle the claim instead of you. From a financial perspective, unless we're starving for work, we're going to work on claims we think we're going to get more back on. Although in actuality we try to help our neighbors out as we are able. We don't want you to think your situation is too small for us. We'll let you know if we can't work it this time.
Will we get back more than one dollar than you would have recieved?
This is the major decision YOU must make! A good way to start getting an idea of whether it will be worth it for you is to have a damage site inspection.
If we look at the damage and we're still interested in spending, time, money and effort on your claim, we would say that's a really good indicator you're making a good decision. Public Adjusters are not allowed to guarantee results and in truth we cannot guarantee results, but one SHOULD adequately consider the risks for and against use of our services.
While every case may be different, the generalized facts seem to indicate: that while you may be in good hands with your insurance company - you're in even better hands with us; or, if your insurance company is a good neighbor - we're an even better one.
